About our CEO
As a certified meditation and yoga instructor, author, speaker, writer and wellness consultant Kellye Davis is a leader in stress management. Her book, The Bliss Principle set the groundwork for her stress management wellness philosophy.
Her group classes and workshops have been offered in various settings to include: Hope Community Services, Berkeley College, Oxford Health Plans, Bayer, PepsiCo, and Philip Morris USA to name a few. As a wellness writer her articles have been published in national magazines including Essence, Women’s Day, Spa Magazine, and The New York Daily News. In addition, she served as Editor and Chief and Publisher of Unwind Magazine, a publication geared to stress in the workplace. A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She also attended the Integral Yoga Institute for yoga science studies and a certification in stress management.
